Does eyeliner make your eyes look smaller?
Try using a lighter color (such as brown, taupe, or navy) and applying a little at a time.
Draw a thin line first and observe the results in the mirror before going back to apply more.
If eyes still appear smaller, try applying liner to the outer two-thirds of the eye only.
